Bacash is a contemporary, seafood-inspired restaurant that isn’t about fancy plate decorations, just simple, tasty food. Few people cook seafood as well or as imaginatively as Michael Bacash. His self-named South Yarra restaurant is a perfect example of the pleasures of dining; food, wine and conversation. Having secured a coveted Chef Hat six years in a row, few seafood restaurants are as consistently pleasing as Bacash.
